I requested to wash my vehicle after the 15 ‘k’ maintenance services is completed. Nestor missed to inform me that their machine was not working as I’ve been told when the vehicle was ready. Having Toyota Care, I expected to get a free car wash since I paid extra for this feature & paid cash when I initially purchased the Hybrid RAV 4 at Longo Toyota.
Your attention to this matter will be much appreciated.
