I recently added Toyota Care and came in for the 30,000 service on my 2016 Prius Touring. When I received my Toyota Care package, it had several coupons. I took two of them in to redeem. One for a wash and wax for $49.00 and another for free wiper inserts. The technician knew nothing of these coupons and had to go to a manager to get it resolved. It seems that your service technicians need more training on the coupons that are going out with your Toyota Care promotions. Lastly in inquired from a different tech about window tinting, He knew nothing of the details. Amazing. More training is needed.
