I have an appointment for oil & filter change; but it took almost 3 hours before I get my car back. I didn't get charge for it. However, I was late for my next arrant.
I was very happy with the help provided by Ethan. He was interested in understanding what our problem with the car was and took care of everything Thank you.

I asked longo for rental expenses which I used during repair time. They did not help me. They asked that I need to call 800xxx xxxx Toyota number. I called They said we opened a case and longo will contacting me in 3 days. Still no one contacting me!

When I went there for my 10k service last Saturday my service advisor told me they were going to wash the car free but when I got my car back it's totally dry n wasn't washed at all. They even made mess in front of my car and when they put back the hub caps of my tire wasn't the proper way good thing it didn't fell off the freeway when I was driving home. I came all the way from San Fernando Valley just to get an excellent experience but this is the service I got.
