I went in for a detail on my Fordrunner. Yes, work on the truck was fantastic; however, the service advisor said, "should be ready about 2pm". I signed the work order without looking over the paper and it clearly had a promised time at 4pm. In the future, I would rather be told the promise time instead of the advisors estimated time. Planned my day around his time and missed a few appointments.
