My services manager told me my car will be ready at 3pm and at 3:04 , he called me to inform me that, that the technician found some problem s. You would think that he would havve known this about an hour or so! With George, an hour into completion he lets me know what the problem is or wheather or not I wanted the repairs! I wasn’t very impressed and made me doubt his judgement. I don’t trust his actions and I wouldn’t want him as my service manager the next time!

Still the ToyotaCare line has to wait much longer than the Appointment line. As I have mentioned so many times, customer service have to focus on the prepaid customer first.
Also, i have mentioned that In-and-Out Burgers has pre-order using a tablet, and now Longo Toyota now listened. Taking care customers has we waited.
You need a service agent at the cashier area to answer all questions that wasn’t done right. Once after the service, the engine oil dip stick wasn’t pushed all the way in. This time, car wasn’t wash and I have mentioned in the beginning and the service agent did not know that washer was down?

We were lied to about the 5000 miles service. The service department did not do nothing to my car. They did not change the oil they did not check any of the fluids. I check every thing and nothing was done. Very very poor service. When I bought the car I was told that every 5000 mile s for one year I would have a service done. Not just look at the car. Ur service department did not even close the hood. And I drove all the way home.
I very unhappy with this dealer ship I will send a letter to ur owner who a very good friend letting him know about how I was treated.
