When I pick up the Venza at the pick up station, I was told that Brake lining on the right and left rear will need to be service soon and I asked how much it will cost instead of answering I was directed to the service advisor. The only phone call I got from the service advisor was that the Venza is ready and will be available to be pick up in about 10 minutes; no explanation about the right and left rear brake lining.

Once I dropped off my car there was no communication of what parts were ordered. I had to go back the following Thursday and Friday because a clip and then a tire shield we're not ordered which meant they were not installed. Very dissapointed with the lack of communication and bad service.
