Everything went in a Good way, people there are nice I have no negative point to say it, I spent 5 1/2 hours over there to do brakes front and back but five hours and a half went okay, I have to thank the people treat me over there

Jimmy was very willing and helpful with the services that I needed today. When wiper inserts were suggested, I told him I had points from longo rewards to redeem and he was able to get that taken care of without me having to physically come back with a print out of the certificate. I knew I had enough points to redeem and was able to work with the cashier in updating my total for the services.

Everything thing went very well and. The only thing that I was concerned about was that no one at check out could answer an questions on my front end allignment. At other places I would always receive a report on what was done. How far out of allignment caster camber.... No report and the people T desk did not have any answers for me. They said to call back when service person gets in tomorrow. This is somewhat inconvenient thanks

Initially, I was pleased to discover that I was not charged for the windshield repair. After all, it would have been a $50 charge. But after driving home and starting to wipe off all the water spots left by the dealer, I noticed a thick coat ring left on the hood of my car. It appeared as though a dirty container was set on the hood of the truck and left to dry. This was very upsetting to me, especially since I paid a lot of money for my truck and I take extreme care of it. To make matters worse there was a dent left on the upper flap of the right fender, as though someone rested their elbow on it to reach under the hood. I am extremely unpleased by the service at Longo, and as of now, I will not be returning here to have my vehicle serviced.
