Steven was awesome and made my trip to get the oil change less painful. I didn’t mind waiting and he explained everything clearly. Also called and left me a voicemail to make sure I knew my car was ready. Great attention to detail and service. See you in 10,000 miles :)

Roy Wu was pleasant. He answered all my concerns. I am happy with the service. The people at the cashiers' desk were awesome! It was 111 degrees that day, the lady offered me cold bottled water. Sorry I forgot her name, will remember her if I see her again. I asked her if she knew what time the Collision Center closes, she called the dept for me and asked her dad who works in that dept. To me, what she did was, she went an extra mile to provide me with an answer so she made it convenient for me without me calling the operator anymore. Thank you all. Very good, actually I would call it, excellent customer service!
