The gentleman Johan was very attentive, very good customer service skills... but with the service that I got from Longo Toyota I’m very disappointed and I’m not the only one. I saw some other customers complaining, I believe that having an appointment and still having to wait 4 hours is unacceptable, in general next time I will consider other choices before going into Longo, perhaps Costco where I can get better value for my money and faster and friendly service. I suggest Longo either work with appointments only or don’t take appointments in the first place so that way your clients will know what to expect.

Thank you for the services provided. I recently back in may came in because my battery was not working. Had to miss work for a week. Then was told nothing could be done. I just came in Monday 7/9 again was told my battery was no good. I again mentioned to them yes i know i bought it that way and reported it nothing was done.
