I don’t understand the point of coming here to use up my time and money if absolutely nothing was done. As the receipt and report verifies no fluids were added and a very precursory glance was conducted. I know it is a new car but at least help me refill the windshield wiper fluid. My a/c was on full blast and turned down to the coldest. Even I myself don’t do that to my own car and why should my gas needle have dropped noticeably!?? I bring it in for tire pressure and rotating and the report does not mention that and neither do my tires look inflated they are still the same pressure as before. So I want to ask what exactly was done if the receipt/report and my own evaluation both point to nothing being done? The only difference is that I lost a noticeable amount of gas and that my AC was on the absolute highest blasting power that it could have been. From a total of when the car entered your shop to when I received a text that it was complete was less than half an hour. Needless to say I am less than satisfied. However sinh hooong did his job perfectly, quickly, and efficiently with clarity.
