Representative was 100% great. He was able to explain all of the service and time it would take to complete. The service was suppose to take 2 hours and it turned into a 4 1/2 hour job. If I knew the job would be that long, I would have taken the representatives advice of taking a ride home. It is a good thing that longo toyota has so much to offer at the location and I was entertained.
Alec is very pleasant and his customer service is amazing, very respectful young man!
