She was very nice and she explained perfectly everything. No doubts with her service. But we had an awful experience because we had the appointment at 2 pm and we came out from there at 5:15 pm they told us the car was ready at 2:35 but we didn't get the phone call. They only called thru the microphone and we were not there to listen when they called my name. Very dissapointed because we spent more than 3 hrs with a 5 years old twins a maintenance that supposed to last no more 1 hr.
