Noe is always ready to help me! I frequently have trouble nailing down an appointment time, and he’s patient to return both my emails and phone calls. If I have a question, he always responds to it to help me understand what service has been done and what’s next. I have complaint about the issue of the cracking noise om my left handside sliding door. And previous sales representative didnt act on the issue. But Bruce took time to listen attentiveky and take the issue seriously. And when he called to update me. I was questioning why there is omly damaged on one sliding door when in actually the car is flat so it should be affecting both doors. Bruce talked to the technician and then they work on both doors to investigate why there is a cracking noise on left door. So now i am so happy and satisfy i didnt hear the cracking sound again.
