A check engine light is not a dealer revenue enhancement indicator. Alexis said that if it’s only a gas cap, it would be 60.00. Then upon diagnosis, it was gas cap replacement ( really? Do I look that stupid?) To get this over with , I agreed to pay the extortion price of 32.00 to get this done with , Then he says a gas cap “replacement is 70.00 more than the 60 for a loose gas cap”I’m sorry but this was unmitigated baloney. I have posted on yelp and will find every opportunity (including paying with most expensive credit card) to mitigate your taking advantage of a vulnerability caused by a warning light. Aside from blatant trickery a lovely venue. And your Starbucks staff are as dumb as gas caps!!! Really

Hi on 7-21-18 I took my vehicle for a routine service,and was advised from mr Alexis Orso that my vehicle rear brakes pad where worn off 2 millimeters left so I went back Longo Toyota on 7-24-18 and replace them!! Now I feel much better knowing that my car will be in good safe running condition for my wife and daughter ????thank you all again great service !!!! 5 starts service overall ?
