There is always some last minute thing with my car - a light goes on as I’m leaving - somethiing that’s not quite right - this time was a back ordered part and I needed my car quickly then my key broke in the ignition - it’s like a jinx - and every time Alex totally comes through - he got the part early - and was right there to deal with the key. It’s detail stuff that would normally make me crazy but he’s attentive and sympathetic - takes it on - doesn’t pass it to anyone else - just takes care of. Probably killing him but lowers my anxiety every time I get my car serviced
