I had my car there at 10: 15 for an 11 appointment and I was going to wait, until he said that we can do a detail on it and he called the supervisor and the supervisor said no problem. I got a phone call in the afternoon around 2:45 saying that the car had just been finished.They did not have time to do the detail. I feel that there should have been better communication and had I waited I'm sure my car would have been done in only a couple of hours instead of almost four hours.
