Noli is a really great employee. He is friendly but efficient and he understand that when I come to get my car serviced I have to get back to work so he always works efficiently to ensure that I am satisfied. I loved coming to Longo. I actually live closer to the downtown location but the service there is terrible. I went to ask them about fixing my tires because it was up the street from my job and they literally told me that because they were backed up they wouldn’t be able to inspect the tire and that they were going to replace it. It is really sad how they are running that establishment. Nonetheless, I know that Noli will take care of me at Longo toyota and I will continue to come back !
