Andrew was great throughout the service of my van. Only complaint I have is the technicians who worked on the van. They obviously damaged the drivers seat panel that enclosed the controller. They also poked two small holes on the seat and what made this worse is they did not inform Andrew about this and it took for me to inspect the van. not good.

This matches against the lowered capacity battery from March service which I have purchased from Costco and still have not seen evidence on needing.
