Wait time was too long. Our car was promised to be ready at 3. Our name wasn't called at 3, so we waited 15 more minutes. Still, no call. We walked over to Alec's booth and he's nowhere to be found. Someone else helped me and said that my car is read and they will call my name in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, still nothing. We had to go to the pickup area to find out what happened. Our paper was just sitting there. We had to wait over 7 hours just for maintenance on our car. That's too long of a wait.
