I paid for my car and gave the attendance to get my car and they called it in . It wasn’t busy and 20 minutes later I still didn’t get my car .. I look around and other customers all got their cars ... I told the attendance that I didn’t get my car and still waited.. I finally get my car and it wasn’t even washed .. I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t have anymore time to waste at longo !!!!! I don’t think I’m coming here again plus my family cars aren’t going to get setviced here

Alexis notified me when my service wouldn’t be done the first time. He told me it would would be complicated by 2:30 or 3:00. I dropped off my son at 2:25. My truck wasn’t done until 4:30. Alexis had nothing to do with the complete disaster my service appointment turned into, starting so 7:10.
