Ridiculous wait time. Booked an appt at 8am, Arrived at 7:30am, but then was told by service rep that my car will be done at 1pm for a 75k maintenance service. Your service rep does needs to be trained. Had to complain and point out that I have an appt and Im on time. Its not my problem that you always overbook and always unprepared to accommodate customer’s demand. Also your service rep does not seem happy with what he does. No personality at all. You need friendly and customer oriented staff in the front line. Did not even call me to let me know my car is ready like the ones I have had before.
