We were told work will be completed in 3 hours, while we waited in lobby. However after three hours we heard nothing and I asked when will be ready and the service representative told me they had not even started the work. It took 4 and 1/2 hours by the time we got car back. This is not OK, we had work to do and should have been told correct time and it took much too long. Not happy about this.
