Alexis was awesome and my service was beyond expectations. My commute to and from Longo was 3 hours and it was well worth it to be treated with such consideration. Since parts had to be ordered for my car and the repairs were going to take all day, Alexis rented a car for me so I wouldn’t be stranded. Everything worked out well.

I took my car in for a recall that had to be done..as we all know that you dont take your car to the dealers for any service done besides if your car is under Warranty. prices are sky high in price and they want to do uncessary work done to your car. I was very,clear to Jedediah please b fair and honest if further repairs is needed on my car he assured me that he will do his best he communicated with sending pictures of my car of what needed to be repaired he even got me a discount by donatiin of $10 to school u will,receive 10% off on all parts who does that Wow! I,was really empressed excellent customer service. one other thing I wasnt happy with,a manger that could could not resove he only got,info and passed the,buck for me to take of. I was suppose to get rebused back for all the,oil my,car was using due,do,the,recall that took 2yrs to,repair he gave me,a number to call to receive my reienbusment back that,he could not help me I thought really he,looked at my rececits like I was dishonest I only saved the reciets I was told to save that I would get rebruse back when my car would get repairs on the oil conception. Beacause of Robert McGuire I will probably wont return back he made me feel that I was dishonest with the reciets I believe in a company that keeps there word

The previous sticker was removed and there was left a bunch of sticky residue, instead of putting the new sticker over it they shifted the sticker to the right of it. Now there’s a bunch of sticky residue on my windshield. This is the second time longo does this. Seems like something a low end company would do, not one that constantly brags about being #1 in customer service and being the #1 dealer

I went back three tones for the same correction And also told them my car was not reading the key The service guy never even put that down I got back into my car and of course the car would not stop This place is ran by amateurs I am so disappointed with lingo. I bought my car from them and my next car will be a porche Lingo have lost my business

The service advisor was very nice and explained to me that my car’s repair would take long time (10 am to 4 :10pm), I am ok with that, she is fine. However, I am very sad about pick up. After I paid , it still took me 40-50 minutes to see my car. I don’t understand why I need to wait for another long time to pick up my car since the repair was done and the payment was finished. Wasn’t it supposed to get my car within 10 or 20 minutes after I paid? In addition, When the guy parked my car in the pickup area, he pushed on the button for the emergency break which I never used it, but he didn’t tell me about that, when I tried to drive off the car, it was just stuck on the ground with big noise, I was scared what was going on my car. It was a terrible service experience that I had never had here before. I trusted Longo service, so I would rather spend more money to fix my car here, I never wondered the service was so terrible and made me unhappy. I maybe consider going to other place to get car repair and maintenance service in the future.
