I wrote a previous review of Noli but my phone autocorrected to "Niko". So as much I am sure "Niko" is a great employee at Toyota, I only interacted with Noli and can only speak to his customer service.

I had an appointment at 715-am I left the place around almost at 11:30. I have been here with out an appointment and I left after 2 hours. The representative was super helpful. My Toyota logo from the front of my car fell off. He came to help me out. And said they will give me one and they can put it off.

Inconsistent diagnosis and charges. Service personnel was coming up with new problems that wasn't advised initially. Please next time be precise or say you need more time to diagnose the car problem. We've been Longo customer for over twenty years but this is the worst we've seen.
