Was told the air filter was going to be replaced but it was declined because i bought the extended 45,000 mile service so they would replace it next visit. If it needed to be replaced, then it should have been replaced this visit. Other than that, i was satisfied with the service.

I really liked how Roy served to my requests- he was not pushing the services when I mentioned I will plan with next service. That was changing my tires. It is always good to be offered some required or recommended services however we need some budgeting for it. And as I inquired how soon I can pick up the car, Roy may have arranged fast service. It only took 40 minutes to complete what I requested. This is another reason I come back to Longo. Thank you Roy!

He established good eye contact and rapport. I commend him for his effort and interest in connecting with me, the customer during our first interaction. Previous issues regarding an issues with the upholstery that have been brought up to every service advisor we see are never addressed. Everyone keeps telling us they’ll call us back even after we follow up ourselves we get “oh we’ll have to check with our so and so and get back to you” “we’ll have to call you back” and nothing has been done about the issue we’re having with the upholstery. Jonathan was fine but we got that same “we’ll call you about answer.

I understand that i had to wait 3 and a half hours because i didnt have an appointment but the first 2 hours i couldnt figure out what smelled so bad.Then a janitor came by me mopping.his mop smelled like mildew. Have janitor use lemon or pine scent cleaner. The whole area smelled awful.
