Longo is the BEST! I could have gone to a Toyota dealership closer to my home, but your establishment and employees are outstanding!

Your complimentary car wash is not good. They left my car worse than it was when I brought it in. You should give the customers an option to opt out of their free wash or service your car wash machine for frequently. Service was excellent. Your delivery team helped me clean the car.

Great customer service!

Just got back from Longo, Ryan Matthes did an excellent job of getting my truck serviced! I originally went in for my 20k service but had noticed that I had some other issues with the truck and wanted to see if they'd be covered under warranty. Before I went in I had looked up to see if there was any Toyota service bulletins associated with my issues and found two of them that matched the issues I had. Ryan was very courteous and willing an able to help from the point I came up the service area. I explained the issues I was having and looked up the service bulletins and put them on my service order. Ryan promised that the truck would be ready by 12. Ryan went above and beyond and have he truck ready 2.5 hours before the promised time! I was very pleased! All the bulletins were address and the necessary parts were ordered and that he would let me know when they were to come in for the repairs to be complete! While I was there, another service tech Alexis Orso recognized me and asked how my truck was treating me and he was also able to answer some questions I had about tinting my windows and provide solutions that would fit my needs! All and all Longo Toyota always exceeds my expectations and provides great customer service that many dealerships lack theses days. I've personally bought 3 vehicles from longo and have always been satisfied and have always been fair and true to their deals. That's why they're number one in the nation and why I drive out of my way to goto Long Toyota they don't hide anything and make sure that you're getting a good deal and they always beat their competitors. I'd give ten stars if I could!!
