No one called with an update about my car, to tell me that it needed additional work, or to seek approval for that additional work. When I called to check, an hour after the estimated delivery time, it took seven phone calls to four different Longo numbers and four different service members after interminable holds (that spontaneously hung up more than one time) to reach someone who could find out what was going on with my car. At that point, it was 45 minutes until closing when they started the work (after I reached out). If I had trusted you to get in touch with me would you just have closed without calling? It was after 5:30 when I made it back to get my car and I was told billing wasn’t finished with the paperwork yet. And then this morning I get a text saying my car is ready for pick up!!! What the hell, Longo? I made an 11 am appointment and was told my car would be ready by 3:30. When would you have reached out to me about those additional repairs?.... I’ve never had a bad experience with you before, but this was off the charts bad. I had been driving back to El Monte from Santa Monica since I liked you so much even though I’d moved. This experience, though? You’ve lost me as a customer.
