Iam very pleased the hospitality of Mr Danny. He told me that he may not be working on Monday but his team members Miss Woo and Mr Harrera will take care of my car and will be in touch with me for further recommendations if any concerns come out regarding my car. Miss Woo called me on Monday and recommend that car need a timing belt to be changed. I authorized the required recommendation. I left the two messages on Miss Woo voice mail regarding my car status since no body called me up to 3 pm. I called the operator and I found that Miss Woo is gone for the day. Mr Harrera will help me. I think Miss Woo had to call me for courtesy sake and let me know the status of my car and who will contact me. I was not able to contact Mr Harrera even I called him three times and was not able to leave a message since his voicemail was full. Unable to get any status about my car up to 5 pm , I called back again the operator and told her the situation, she connected me to the service check out cashier desk and she looked in the computer and said my car is ready to pick up I live in norwalk and there are dealerships closer to my home why I have to drive all the way to El Monte to get this kind of irresponsible experience?

Erica was great! When I check out at the service desk and waiting for my car to come out. I don’t know what happen, but I was waiting for 35 minutes before they brings the car out to me. Everyone was in line with me, they are left. I asked what happen to my car and they said, it will be out shortly but the car didn’t come out until 10 minutes later. I have to wait at the pickup service for almost an hour. I not very about the waiting, where I had been told that my car is ready to be pickup. Our families members purchased many cars at Logo Toyota and will continue in the future. Thank You, Jackie

Extremely long wait time with an appointment set up. Vehicle was not completely fixed. Customer service was uncaring. Vehicle was purchased this month on 7/7/2018 with a problem that was noticed on the drive home, the same day the vehicle was purchased.
