This is the second time i have dealt with Noe, and like before, he was professional and friendly. I really appreciated the extra effort he made in personally ensuring that a scuff mark on my car, that I inquired about, was removed. It's customer service like this that makes me a loyal customer.

But the concierge service needs improvement.
I need shuttle service while I brought my car for

one hour and 15 minutes for the service.
This is not acceptable.
