I’m very disappointed with the service, I bought my Prius almost tthree weeks ago and my headlights were not functioning. I was driving at night with no lights. They wanted to change me to repair the lights on my new certified car. It took them over six hours to fix it. I also asked the to replace the batteries on the remote control keys and I think they only replace one, the second key still says low battery. I just bought the car on June 26 20018 and they were refusing to make this repairs at no charge. This is the third car I buy from this dealer .

Device was complete in an acceptable amount of time and received a call back from Danny G. When car would be ready. Longo is the place to go very courteous staff.

Service rep is Great! Really happy with him. But it took them about 90 minutes to bring my car up front after I had paid for the servicing. I’m used to having to wait a long time to get the car once I’m through paiyimg but even for you guys, that was a record delay.
If it had not been for the great attitude of your service rep, I would have left Longo extremely annoyed.
