Made to feel like my only option was to empty my pockets. Had to negotiate a better price. However I was told one lower price but had to settle for a higher price based upon historical pricing from another service department at Puente Hills. The service writer clearly saw I was a person who used dealership service department and was not interested in me being a returning customer to Longo.

There is... a problem with the transmission however your tech says it’s the way the car was built. It a major SAFETY issue when this vehicle doesn’t accelerate correctly and I’m not the only person who has noticed it. Several others have complained...I’m surprised Longo hasn’t been sued over this. Perhaps I should be the first.
