Longo is the absolute best. Unfortunately on this past visit I was told the the issue I brought to attention besides my service was fixed. It was noted by my advisor who included pictures of the plastic piece attached to my panoramic moonroof that had broken loose. Because of this small malfunction I was unable to open or close the shade without fighting to reattach the piece each time. Though it seemed repaired when I left the dealership, it unfortunately broke loose on my way home. Super disappointed that this happened to my 2018 Camry only months into having it. Would love to bring it in again but unfortunately may not have time.
