Upon leaving the dealership once I was exiting the freeway and close to my home my engine light came on. I open the hood to find a detached hose. I drove my car to the closest mechanic and they were able to fix it for me. On the freeway my car was jumping and making weird movement and it was because of that detached hose. I am very disappointed that Longo Toyota technicians who train for this position don't go back to double-check their work and and make sure that everything is alright.

I arrived on time for a 715a appt on Friday. Noe said they’d have my car ready by 9a. He called me back at 933 saying that they were done. And I got my car back at about 950. They do excellent work at Longo, and I know good work takes time, so I’ll give them a pass!

1) overcharge me for the first bill. I identified but cashier could not fix it. Daniel came to fix it but took 30 minutes.
2) took 30 min to get my car. It did not go by first come first server principle. Many people complained on Sat noon.
