I took my vehicle into longo because of a maintenance message that popped on the display. Your staff said they took care of it but the next day I continued to get the same message on the display so now I have to go for a second time back to the dealership to see what’s going on. It is very unfair that longo Toyota makes their clients go back twice for the same issue in the car. The issue should’ve been fixed on the first visit . This second visit is costing me money because I have to take the day off work again ! Very disappointed

Noli was awesome! This was my 70k check and I’m very faithful to bringing my Prius to Longo for every milestone check. With that being said, I’ve been helped by many associates and I have to say Noli will now be my go-to guy! He was friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to him and he really got a feel for my lifestyle. He offered me services that would benefit me with my extended commute and did not feel pushy like some can. He knew what to recommend in my budget and knew when to step back. I truly appreciated him and will definitely call him for future visits to Longo.

Alexis was fantastic! But the “ Express Oil Change took more than 3 hours!!! I was at Longo from 10:30 to 2:30. (4 hours) It was supposed to take 1 and 1/2 hours!

I was told a shuttle would be picking me up at a designated time. I trusted what the representative told me, the shuttle never arrived and it wasn’t until I called to inquired about the status of the shuttle that I was informed an uber would be best sent to pick me up. As a result of that I trouble at work because of the additional time off I ended up taking while waiting for the shuttle.
