It was a great experience working with Elizabeth she kept me updated throughout the process. She went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I had only gone in for an oil change at first but after talking to her and her making the recommendations necessary I changed both my front and rear breaks. I also needed tires replaced and she helped me through the process and went above and beyond our expectations. I’m completely satisfied with the work and customer service I received from her. The day prior I made an appointment specifically with Jeffrey tsao so the same service writer would be following me. They said he'd be in at 8:30am so I made the appointment for 9am in case he was late but he was not there at all and I wasn't to happy to get either of the other two service writers. Before my previous appointment which was a 5000 /10000 mile check up I had no mechanical problems but when I went home the parking brake started slipping intermittently.finally while parking on a hill yesterday it didn't feel like it would hold. So I brought it in with appointment and I think they should have checked it along with brakes on prior visit. This young man nearly charged me til I reminded him I have toyota care and I believe they caused it.then I waited nearly 3 hours to get my car and they said it was just a parking brake adjustment. So I think I would have gotten more timely service if Jeffrey tsao had been there
