Danny Guerero was a great guy, extremely helpful and super nice. The only reason why I was not completely satisfied is because, I was 45 min early for my appointment and had to wait 3 hours for my car. And the only service I got was an oil change. I've never ever had to wait THREE hours and I was willing to wait the 2 hrs estimate.

I was so upset about having trouble with my practically new car, had it for only 15 months, but thankfully all staff members that assisted me made me feel very comfortable and were able to calm me assuring me that they would do their best to solve all my car issues. As far as I can tell, all is well with my car now and I’m back on the road. The courtesy received by Martin Torres and all other that assisted me, is greatly appreciated.
