I took my car in for an oil change and Elizabeth Ávalos provided excellent customer service. She went over everything with me and reminded me of the additional warranties I had available to me as I had forgotten already since I purchased my car a couple years ago. She called me several times to keep posted and to let me know when my car was ready. She truly takes her time and makes every customer feel appreciated and welcome!! It’s people like her that make you want to go back to Longo Toyota!
I have DTLA Toyota a couple blocks away from where I live but I don’t mind driving a couple more miles to go there because of the service that Elizabeth provided! Thanks

We found a oil can next to the engine belts. It looks like it did not make any damage, but we noticed the noise it was making when the can was hiting the engine belt. Is that normal? It looked like it was there to prevent leaking, but we decided to remove it because it almost went into the engine belt.
