I was promised verbally a 20% discount by this gentlemen because it was considered a major service or whatever you call it but when i return to pay for the bill, not only did he denied the fact that he promised me a 20% discount he lied and said he only promised that cause I said i had a coupon. I've been a customer for almost 4 years here ever since I bought my car and this was the worse experience i ever had. I am upset not because i didn't get the promised discount, i am upset because i was lied to and accused me of being liar (saying i claimed i had a coupon). I will definitely reconsider coming back here for my next service. This is not how you run a busniss.

He was able to provided me information regarding my vehicle as well as made sure they re inspected my vehexlie to see where and if in fact their was a replacement needed in my vehicle. They serviced the truck and I asked if they can wash my truck and they said yes at the end of the day I picked my truck but you guys never washed it the release paper said that that car wash was out of service but I saw cars getting out nice and clean I complained to your person and he said that he can take it now but that’s not the point the point is that I asked two weeks ago for the 5000 miles service and same thing happened to sell the truck are good after that who cares so I decided to leave I took it to a car wash thanks anyway
