I found the checkout process to be both illogical and unethical business practice. I was directed to pay first, sign documents and then review the service that was done. I was displeased by the checkout process and how my concern was addressed.

Asked to have rear wiper blade replaced. It was never replaced. My paperwork and receipt states it was completed and checked and that everything was ok. Johan was great. It’s the person who worked on my vehicle that didn’t do what he said he did. Clearly the wiper is broken and you can clearly see that it’s torn and doesn’t wipe my rear window. If he didn’t do what he says he did on my receipt, how do know he did majority of the stuff he says he did to my vehicle?? He’s lying and it’s documented. I am now worried about my vehicle and that all the said maintenance wasn’t really done. I waited almost 5 hours today just to not have my vehicle completed the way you guys promised on receipt.
