The price he gave us for 10000 mile service was way too high. We asked him for coupon or discount , he answered no, and we had to find our coupon by ourselves. But the exact same service discount was right there pinned on his board. We don’t understand why he did not offer us the discount. We would not say this was cheating, but definitely was a unpleasant experience to us as a loyal Longo customer.
