Although I knew the expected time my car would be ready, I am not satisfied with how long it takes to complete vehicle service. My car was suppose to be ready by 2:00pm, I received an update regarding my vehicle only after I prompted the call at around 2:20pm. I received my vehicle close to 3pm. The applied discount was helpful.
