I thank johan for not trying to hardsell me on services I didn’t need. I am a bit disappointed in the technicians recommendation for two new front axles due to “leaking cvs”. The boots were replaced by the previous owner, but I could see the old grease was not cleaned off the surrounding area, which could appear as “leaking” but boots are clearly not leaking. Luckily I got receipt of this work.

I was totally satisfied with Biagio. He kept me informed every step of the way. I
was frustrated watching all the cars being brought up washed EXCEPT mine. I had just spent $1,000 and thought the valet could spend two minutes running it thru the car wash without me having to request it. When I have time in the next few days I will be calling Biagio to schedule time to come in because the sensor for the tire pressure came on by the time I got home (not crazy about that).
