We brought our Highlander in for service and we didn't have an appointment. When we pulled up to be directed where to go the gentleman at the booth told us there was an hour and a half wait. So we thought ok. So then Alex came to our car and asked me what I needed and I told him we needed service on the car. So he took our mileage and asked me to go to his desk. So I did and when I got there I had also told him that the air conditioning seemed to be running warm. So he told me that it's not covered under warranty. Which I still don't understand why, but then he proceeded to tell me that my car was going to take 4 hours to get done! Unacceptable in my eyes! Don't have one person say one thing and another say something completely different. And it wasn't what he said so much, although I wasn't happy about that, it was the tone attitude in his voice. He was extremely rude! I'm really considering about ever stepping into Longo again!!!
