Eathan is very professional and very courteous . I told him what my car needed and he did just that . He also recommended a couple of things that my car will need .i love my car, so I really want to take care of it .

He tried to charge me for an alignment service when no alignment was done to car. Service tech said I still had to pay for it. Also, front license plate frame was broken after leaving car for service. Prior to service the front license plate frame was intact. Had to speak with manager to prove my point and manager waived the charge.
