My visit went smoothly and quickly. I was offered coffee. I went in for an oil change. I was offered the next service up which includes topping off fluids and rotating tires. I said yes, because it was explained to me thourly.

Camera screen was not fixed. Was told all RAV4 backup screen contrast low/dim. Also told brake nose is not a safety issue but will try to bleed brakes. It will likely noise will not go away.
Service rep who called me to schedule maintenance told me to receive a $10 certificate to use at Starbucks or Subway. Went to 3 counters and no one claimed to have one.
This was a second visit to service dept. First one was a complete failure.
I don't feel good writing complaints but it seems necessary. Longo is were we got 3 Toyota vehicles so far. I go there first. I'm disappointed at the Service Department.
