he did a great job in updating me with what’s happening during the service and he took the time to explain to me what the problems were so I’m more aware of it in the future and can prevent issues from happening again.

Alec was very helpful, I have no complaints whatsoever on his service. However, my complaint is on the dealer itself, at checkout, I was charged for my oil change $56 when I was told I would only pay $20 (per agreement due to the recall) and on top of that, my car was not washed as I was told it would be washed per the recall notice. I also waited over an hour outside where customers wait for their cars after I had received a call from a rep that my car was ready. I am not satisfied at all, customers that were behind me in line were all receiving their cars and I was stuck outside waiting over an hour, if my car had been washed (since the recall notice said it was a complementary service) i would not have been as upset.
