We were informed of the issue with the rear axle beam and needed to be addressed AFTER the fact that the new tires has been installed We SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED & INFORMED FIRST before proceeding with installing of the new tires, and SHOULD HAVE ASKED US whether to proceed with the installation of the new tires or not. BUT WAS INFORMED OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE AXLE WHEN WE WERE CALLED THAT THE SERVICE OF OUR CAR IS READY FOR PICK UP!
