Saw Albert come out all the way to the drop off point for a customer who had some issues with his service. Albert smoothed out the issue, and made me feel good that there are still some people who go above and beyond in quality assurance here at Longo Toyota. It wasn’t even my issue, but I feel good that Albert would probably take good care of me if I ever had an issue.
