Overall I was very satisfied with my service, the only thing is that I’m still not sure if there was an issue to begin with. I came in because the front passenger tire had a bolt in it. I didn’t want to tamper with it so I have no idea if the tire was punctured and when I brought it in, I wasn’t charged so I know the tire wasn’t replaced but it was never communicated to me whether it was just the bolt head stuck in my tread or if the tire was punctured but repaired.
Despite that I was happy and have recommended my mom use Longo for the service on her RAV4 and I’m expecting I will be back in the future to maybe lease my next one and for any service needs I have.

Juan Luna never paged me or called me to let me know that the mechanic recommends having throttle body cleaned and cabin air filter replaced. If he would have told me they just caught it I would have got it done. But now I have to lose another few hours of my time to go another day to get this stuff done. I don’t like that when I went to check out pick up my paperwork it says on the paperwork that I was told about this stuff and I denied it. That’s a big lie.

On my car. 4 times I reached out to Alex Ayally and he never responded
That is unacceptable. If I even consider coming back to Longo I will refuse service from Alex. You need to do better reviewing your employees service to customers.
