My visit was to perform a recall on a 2005 Toyota Corolla. I had received a paper to schedule an appointment and verify if this dealership had the part. I was told that the part was there and scheduled the appointment at Longo. I arrived to the appointment and was told that was going to take longer than usual because of the appointments. I understood. Four hours later I was called that the part is not there and its a "national back order". If that was the case why wasn't I told when I spoke to the advisor? i think that the person uncharge looking at the appointments should give a call beforehand so it won't be a waste of time. I was also told that they will call when it arrives and have not heard of anything yet. I will appreciate if for the future we can get a call mentioning that you don't have a part. Thank You.
